Booking & Service Visits
Service booking can be made via phone, website, or WhatsApp.
Technician visit is subject to availability and confirmation.
If the customer is not available at the scheduled time, the visit may be rescheduled.

Inspection Charges
A standard inspection/diagnostic fee may apply for technician visits.
Inspection charges are payable even if:
The customer decides not to proceed with the repair
The issue cannot be repaired due to part unavailability
The customer chooses service from another vendor

The final amount depends on the type of appliance and location.

Estimates & Approval
After inspection, technicians will provide an estimate for repair and parts (if required).
Work will begin only after customer approval.
Once approved, cancellation may incur partial service charges for technician time and diagnostics.

Payments
Payment is due immediately after service completion unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer.
Any delayed payment may affect future service support.

Warranty & Support

Depending on the service performed:
Certain repairs may include a limited warranty.
Warranty duration and terms will be clearly communicated at the time of service.
Warranty does not apply to:
Physical damage
Mishandling
Unauthorized repairs
Voltage fluctuations
Water seepage and environmental damage
